1:1 NUTRITION COUNSELING

From an in depth clinical intake to follow
up coaching sessions, check-ins, and
meal planning I’m here to help you in a
one on one basis to empower and
support your path to health through food

COMPREHENSIVE INTAKE SESSION - 90 MINUTES $170

In our first session we’ll go over your intake forms, review any lab work or questions you have, review your nutrition goals, and dive deep into what’s coming up for you around food. This session builds a strong foundation for us to work from and helps me learn about you.


FOLLOW UP SESSION - 50 MINUTES $90

These sessions give us the chance to keep digging into how and why your relationship with food has been built and to find what foods are working (and what isn’t!). We’ll continue to work on tools and trouble shoot sticking places as they arise.


SUPPORT CHECK IN - 15 MINUTES $30

Once we’ve built a solid plan and you’re on a roll you might still want the support of a phone call here and there, or on a regular basis. These times are to quickly go over whats coming up for you and offer you some space and support. More in depth conversations need to be a full follow up appointment.
